At the moment we want to develop desktop software applications
to facilitate routine daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
for seafarers on board.
Our main goal is the desire to replace routine reporting, which at the moment on most ships consists of reports in Excel and Word applications.
Due to the growth of international
requirements, the number of such reports is increasing, in the above
formats and sometimes creates certain difficulties since there are a large number of them the number sometimes reaches an incomprehensible amount, which is not entirely convenient and takes a huge amount of time to fill them out.A significant inconvenience is that the data in these reports is partially duplicated, about which there are many complaints from ship officers.
Thus, we decided to create programs for both Engineers and Deck officers separately so that one program would have all the necessary
reporting and data for it stored in a database.We would like to note that
this does not replace standard Desktop programs as Maintenance programs.
And as was written above, only forms/reports in Excel and Word.

To begin with, we present programs for Chief Engineers that replace Noon calculations in Excel in three versions for various modifications of fuel systems depending on their design.
At the moment, it was our first program to develop, which took a lot of time.Now also we present another program – “Seafarers index” -click on menu,read of help file of the program.In this Desktop application we tried to make helpful for deck officer to create crew details and stored in Database and here also there is creation needed for common forms for port arrival/departure.Just go to menu and click “Seafarers Index”.
